Five Ways to Wellbeing (Android)

Reflect on your wellbeing, set activities to help you improve your wellbeing and track your progress – all from the comfort of your phone; whenever it suits you!

Useful for: Overall Mental Health & Wellbeing.

Isleep Easy: Meditations for Restful Sleep (iOSAndroid)

Drift off to sleep and sleep more deeply with a wide variety of guided meditations. You can listen to the meditations with or without several choices of music or nature sounds. In addition, you can create your own sleep program using a Playlist feature which allows you to listen to up to six meditations in one session, choosing which music or nature.

Useful for: Insomnia, Sleep Difficulties, and Relaxation.

Mindshift – Coping with Anxiety (iOSAndroid

Struggling with anxiety? Tired of missing out? There are things you can do to stop anxiety and fear from controlling your life. MindShift is an app designed to help teens and young adults cope with anxiety. It can help you change how you think about anxiety. Rather than trying to avoid anxiety, you can make an important shift and face it.

Useful for: Anxiety (such as perfectionism, test anxiety, worry, conflict).

My Crew (Android)

Make positive changes by keeping track of your drug and/or alcohol use, or just find out how much you are using and how to use in a less risky way.

Useful for: Drug and Alcohol use

Panic Attack Aid Lite (iOS, Android)

Panic Attack Aid is a app designed to bring instant calming relief to panic attack sufferers anywhere you are.

Useful for: Panic attacks, high anxiety.

Relax with Andrew Johnson Lite (iOSAndroid)

Relaxation techniques to help people switch off.

Useful for: Insomnia, sleep difficulties, and relaxation.

SAM: Self Help for Anxiety Management (iOSAndroid)

SAM is a friendly app that offers a range of self-help methods for people who are serious about learning to manage their anxiety.

Useful for: Anxiety and stress management.
