IT Support

You'll get IT support from our IS Service Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We also provide a range of online materials to help you use our IT systems.

Here you'll find our contact details, links to all our online self-help resources and information about our services.

Contact the IS Service Desk for 24/7 telephone and email IT support:

The IS Service Desk is open Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 4:45pm.

Outwith these hours IT support is provided by the NorMAN Helpline, in this case you'll receive a response from it.normanhelpdesk@northumbria.ac.uk.

Support calls logged via the UniDesk Self-Service Portal will be handled during the IS Service Desk opening hours.
