The IS Service Desk is open Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5pm.
Outwith these hours IT support is provided by the NorMAN Helpline, in this case you'll receive a response from it.normanhelpdesk@northumbria.ac.uk.
Support calls logged via the UniDesk Self-Service Portal will be handled during the IS Service Desk opening hours.
You can also get face to face help at our JKCC helpdesk from 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday - find out more about our computer suites.
