Library Out of Hours Service
Who will answer my call or email?
During the hours that Edinburgh Napier libraries are open - See Opening Hours
Support is provided by Edinburgh Napier library staff.
When Edinburgh Napier libraries are closed
Support is provided by 'NorMAN' – operated by Northumbria University.
Service differences
- If you email the Library out of hours, you will receive a response from the NorMAN email address rather than the Library email address.
- NorMAN staff cannot reset Library passwords.
- Please be aware that there will be some occasions when NorMAN staff will not be able to resolve your enquiry immediately. In this case your call will be logged and answered once the Library is open.
