Accommodation

OeAD arranges rooms in student dormitories for a small monthly fee. MCI also cooperates with the dormitory Internationales Studentenhaus (ISH). Students may also apply for a room directly at one of Innsbruck’s numerous dormitories.

Financial Support and Living Costs

As a UK Erasmus student, for the 2021/22 academic year you are entitled to receive an Erasmus Grant. Guidance on funding for students undertaking exchange in the 2022/23 academic year will be added soon.

Transport

Innsbruck’s around-the-clock bus and tram network extends to almost all parts of the city. If you plan on taking the bus or tram regularly, the semester ticket for students offered by the local public transportation service IVB might be a good option for you.
