Are Nurses Ready for Robots?
Curious about the future of healthcare and want the chance to meet a robot in person? Join us on Friday 24 April, 10am-1pm at the National Robotarium, Heriot-Watt University, for an exciting event exploring the findings of the Royal Society of Edinburgh-funded research project 'Are nurses ready for robots?'
Led by a multidisciplinary team including nursing academics from Edinburgh Napier University and computer scientists from Heriot-Watt University, this event will share new insights into how nursing students and academics respond to assistive robotics in a simulated healthcare environment.
As well as hearing about the research findings, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with robotic technology, take part in interactive workshops, and share your views on the future of robotics and AI in healthcare.
If you’re interested in nursing, innovation, healthcare technology or the future of patient care, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore how robotics could shape health services in the future.
