Nature Wellbeing Walk
Need a break from your desk? Step away from the screen and join your fellow students for a free mindful nature walk on Wednesday 25 March from 2pm, starting at the foyer of Merchiston campus.
Our Wellbeing team, trained in nature therapy, will guide you along the canal and nearby parks, sharing simple techniques to help you connect with your surroundings, ease stress and boost your mood. Whether you're a seasoned walker, a nature lover, or just fancy some fresh air and good company, this one's for you.
Places are limited, so head to My Future and book your spot soon. Open to all students across every campus - just make sure you wear comfy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. See you out there!
