Overcoming Overthinking - Brahma Kumaris

In a world defined by uncertainty and increased anxiety, overthinking has become the norm. World renowned spiritual teacher Sister Jayanti will share some valuable insights on developing emotional stability and cultivating inner clarity. Entitled Overcoming Overthinking, the 2026 tour will visit 9 cities across the UK and invite audiences to rediscover peace, confidence and purposeful living.

Organised by the Brahma Kumaris (UK), the tour will visit Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, London, Leeds, Bradford, Wolverhampton, and Leicester. Each event offers timeless wisdom on how to navigate the pressures of modern life and will include a guided reflection and a direct experience of the benefits of inner silence.

For over 60 years, Sister Jayanti has inspired many thousands of people worldwide to cultivate a daily practice of Raja Yoga meditation as a way of developing inner calm. For Sister Jayanti, the Additional Head of the Brahma Kumaris and the organisation’s representative to the UN in Geneva since 1982, peace is a natural state of being for all:

“Peace is not something we have to chase - it is something we can rediscover within,” says Sister Jayanti. “When we learn to manage our thoughts, we reclaim our power to live with clarity, purpose and joy.”

These uplifting sessions are designed for people from all walks of life and anyone seeking balance in an ever more complex world.
