Wellbeing Workshop - Coping with Worry, Anxiety and Panic
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in a spiral of worry? This workshop will help you better understand what's going on and give you practical ways to feel more in control.
We'll cover:
- What worry, anxiety and panic actually are
- How worry, anxiety and panic can manifest in our bodies
- Tools and techniques to help you feel in control
- Support available to you at university
This is an information-based online session with some opportunities to interact if you'd like to. There will also be time for questions at the end, either out loud or in the MS Teams chat. The session will be led by two presenters using a PowerPoint presentation. So grab a cuppa, get comfortable, and join us - we'll work through this together.
