Behaviour on campus and available support
As we approach coursework deadlines and exams, we recognise that this can be one of the most demanding and stressful times of the academic year.
While it's important to acknowledge the pressure many of you may be feeling, we would also like to remind you of the importance of adhering to our expected values and behaviours, particularly in relation to the use of drugs and alcohol on campus. Our campus is a shared space - one where every student, member of staff, and visitor deserves to feel safe. The rules around drugs and alcohol exist to protect you and the people around you.
Please familiarise yourself with our Student Community Code and Student Conduct Regulations - particularly the appendix of the regulations which gives examples of misconduct.
We understand that stress, anxiety, and pressure can sometimes lead people to make choices they might not otherwise make. If you're feeling overwhelmed or struggling, please remember that our Wellbeing team here to support you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them for help.
Thank you for helping to keep our campus community safe.
