Catering summer opening hours and closures

Please be aware that some of our catering outlets will be closed over the summer, with food and drinks being served from our cafes instead. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Merchiston

The Triangle Restaurant will be closed to Edinburgh Napier staff, students, and visitors throughout July, with the exception of our annual Language School guests, who will be using the space for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

During this period, the Espresso Lab at Merchiston will remain open Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, serving breakfast, lunch, and our usual range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and grab-and-go options.

Seating within the Espresso Lab area will be reserved for Edinburgh Napier staff and students.

The Triangle will reopen for normal service on Tuesday 4 August.

Craiglockhart

The Hydra Restaurant at Craiglockhart campus will be closed from Monday 29 June until the last week in August.

While the closure is in place, we will instead offer a grab and go selection from the Espresso Lab in the main foyer, which will include hot and cold food and cook-to-order meals which will be delivered to the cafe by a member of staff once they are ready.

Our regular timings of breakfast and lunch service will remain unchanged.
