Choose a greener journey for Climate Week

Scotland's Climate Week runs from 28 September - 4 October and if you're looking for a simple way to make a difference, why not try a greener way of getting to campus?

Whether it's taking public transport, cycling, walking, wheeling or sharing your journey, making a small change to how you travel can help reduce our carbon emissions.

If you cycle to campus, there are facilities available across our campuses to make things easier, including secure bike storage and shower facilities.

Find information on travel options, cycling facilities and getting to campus.

And if you're looking for more sustainable choices to make this Climate Week, you can also try:

  • Ditching single-use items where you can
  • Bringing a reusable water bottle
  • Using the new returnable cup scheme at Sighthill campus
  • Switching off lights and equipment when they're not in use
  • Reducing printing by choosing digital documents where possible

Every action counts - small changes can make a big difference when we all get involved.
