Join ENSA's Movember campaign

Ready to do your bit to support men's health? Join ENSA's Movember campaign!

Last year, Edinburgh Napier came together in an incredible way for Movember, raising more than £15,000 and helping to shine a spotlight on men's health, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health.

From fundraising events and sporting challenges to awareness campaigns, clubs and societies across the university played a huge part in breaking down the stigma surrounding men's mental health and encouraging people to speak openly about their wellbeing.

This year, we're aiming even higher, and we'd love as many people as possible to get involved in the Edinburgh Napier Movember Challenge.

You can take part as an individual or as part of a team, and growing a moustache definitely isn't compulsory! Whether you're taking on the Move for Movember challenge, hosting a fundraising event, growing a moustache, or simply helping to raise awareness, there are countless ways to support this fantastic cause.

A huge congratulations goes to our top fundraising teams from last year:

  1. Men's Rugby
  2. Men's Hockey
  3. Men's Football

We look forward to see who takes the top three this year!

ENSA is also encouraging everyone to get involved in the BUCS Inside Out Day on Wednesday 18 November. Simply wear an item of clothing inside out to symbolise opening up conversations around mental health and reminding others that it's okay to talk.

We can't wait to see the creativity, challenges and fundraising efforts that this year's campaign brings. Let's work together to make Movember our biggest and most impactful year yet!

Head to the ENSA website to find out more about the campaign, sign up, and discover all the different ways you can get involved.
