Unrest in Edinburgh and Glasgow
Following the unrest in Edinburgh, Glasgow and across the UK on Tuesday evening, we appreciate that many at the University will feel worried and unsettled that our communities – the places where we live, work and study – are a focus for violent and threatening activity.
The University has signed up to the Declaration Against Racism, stands against all forms of racism and believes that there is no place for this type of behaviour on campus or in wider society.
We encourage anyone affected by these incidents to seek support and please encourage anyone you see or know is struggling to do likewise. Students can find health and wellbeing resources on My Napier or through ENSA (ensa.advice@napier.ac.uk).
If you have been subjected to or have witnesses any form of misconduct, you can tell us through Report & Support.
