Why develop your resilient skills?
We know change is constant and that the world will present you with both challenges and opportunities. To meet these challenges and make the most of these opportunities, you will need a range of tools, skills and aptitudes.
But it's not that simple - the mix of tools that are effective will be different for each of us, and the mix will change over time. So how can you prepare for this? What you need is a comprehensive toolkit that grows with you. That's what the Resilient Skills programme provides, and that's why we built it.
