Some Example CVs - Please DO NOT copy content from these examples.

Part-time work - you are likely to need a different CV for part-time work than for placements, internships or graduate jobs.  CVs for part-time work tend to be shorter - 1 page is usually sufficient.  Any relevant experience is highlighted and information about Education and Qualifications (unless directly relevant) is usually kept quite brief.

Reverse Chronological - this is a traditional layout that is particularly useful if you have considerable experience in a particular area and want to demonstrate progression.
Skills based- this type of layout is particularly useful if you have little or no direct experience of the type of work you are applying for, but you have transferable skills that you want to highlight.
Combination - this combines the traditional and skills-based layouts.  It is particularly useful if you have some experience of the type of work you are applying for and want to highlight that alongside your transferable skills.
Academic - for those wishing to progress into academia, this layout allows you to showcase your research.
