Come along to this wellbeing workshop with Mental Health Advisers Val and Holly to enjoy some of the benefits of creative art - self-expression, self-awareness, decision making, more confidence and fun. You'll be able to join in with mark-making games where you can try out materials like paint pens, pastels and charcoal. Materials are supplied.
