Access to your eStudent Record changing

From Monday 7 November 2022 you will log in to your eStudent Record using your University email address and password.

You will then be prompted for a second mode of security (MFA) to prove your identity before you are able to log in. This is a change to the existing log in procedure which requires you to enter your student number and password. It will bring the procedure for accessing your eStudent Record into line with other University online services such as Moodle and University email.

You will already have MFA set up on your account and so no action is required in advance of this change.

You will find further information about MFA, including answers to frequently asked questions on the Multi-Factor Authentication page on My Napier.

As a reminder the student email address format is as follows:

If you have any queries or difficulty log in to your eStudent Record, please contact the IS Service Desk in the first instance.
