Tackling Procrastination
This 90-minute workshop focuses on cognitive behavioural (CBT) understandings of procrastination. You'll learn practical techniques for breaking unhelpful habits and patterns of working. Tackling procrastination can help us to study more effectively, boost our confidence and feel more in control of academic work and other areas of our lives.

Tackling Impostor Syndrome
This 90-minute workshop will explore the psychological processes behind imposter syndrome, how it affects us and what we can do to tame negative thoughts, self-doubt, and self-criticism. The workshop is educational and practical, based on CBT, and will include techniques to try outside of the session.

Nature Therapy and Connection
Experience the healing qualities of natural environments by connecting with nature and your fellow students to enhance your wellbeing. Members of the Wellbeing team trained in ecotherapy will meet you at Craiglockhart campus foyer and lead a walk with some exercises and connection in nature.
