Join the BRIT Challenge
If you're looking to test yourself this year, the BRIT Challenge might be for you. The annual BRIT Challenge encourages students and staff to take on activities that help improve physical and mental health.
Running from 24 January until 24 March 2024, the BRIT Challenge has been designed to be inclusive and enables students and staff of all abilities to take part. With the theme of 24, you can set goals, for example cycling 24 miles, running 24km, completing 24 acts of self-care or doing 24 acts of kindness in the community.
To help you get started, why not join one or all of our wellbeing events?
The primary focus of BRIT is to collaborate with mental health charities and partner organisations so that they can help others and deliver greater understanding of mental health issues, adversity, psychological trauma and wellbeing. They provide support to many of our wellbeing partners including PAPYRUS, Samaritans and SAMH.
