Soul Therapy Yoga

We've teamed up with Soul Therapy Wellbeing to offer students the opportunity to take part in a new six-week block of online yoga sessions every Tuesday lunchtime.

Yoga has many amazing benefits including improved strength, balance and flexibility. It can also help to reduce anxiety and improve sleep.

The sessions are 45 minutes and held on Tuesdays at 12.15pm via Zoom. A yoga expert will talk you through the moves, and you are welcome to leave your camera off if you wish. All you need is a yoga mat or some cushions and a resistance band or a scarf.

The current six-week block begins on Tuesday 7 March and will run each week until the final session on Tuesday 11 April.

We do not recommend the online sessions if you have back problems or are pregnant, as the instructor will not be able to monitor your movement and posture.
