Wellbeing Workshop - Managing Thoughts and Overthinking
Are you stuck in your head? Do you find it hard to escape your thoughts? This workshop will help you to break out of unhelpful thinking patterns and demonstrate new techniques to manage thoughts and their impact upon your feelings and behaviours.
The in-person session is mainly information-based and will provide some opportunity for interaction and discussion. However, no personal information or disclosure will be asked for or expected. The workshop is not counselling - we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the session.
