
ENGAGE mindfulness sessions
Take a mindful break this March with free, drop-in lunchtime sessions at ENGAGE.
Starting on 5 March, and running every Wednesday throughout the month from 12.15pm - 1pm, these in-person sessions are suitable for everyone, whether you are new to mindfulness or have prior experience. Each session includes 30 minutes of mindfulness practice, followed by an optional guided inquiry.
Open to all. No booking required, just drop in.
