Resident Assistant applications now open

Want to gain valuable experience that will look great on your CV, while also enjoying a 55% reduction in rent? Resident Assistant applications for 2025/26 are now open!

Resident Assistants, commonly known as RAs, are students who live within the residences and are here to help with advice, welfare support, information and disciplinary matters. Each RA receives a scholarship that reduces their rent by 55%.

By working as an RA, you'll be there to lend an ear and help students with issues such as noise disturbances or neighbour problems. You'll be trained to handle and appropriately advise students on a wide range of issues, and also receive training on fire safety and other emergency issues that may occur outside of regular office hours.
