Tell us what you think of the IS Service Desk

From Monday 22 April onwards, the IS Service Desk will be using a “Customer Thermometer” tool to capture feedback.

If you contact us with a request or to report an issue, we may follow up with you once the call is closed. This will enable us to measure user satisfaction and pinpoint where we excel and what we could improve.

The library are already using the Customer Thermometer tool and it has provided invaluable feedback to help improve the service.
How does it work?

Unlike traditional multiple-choice surveys, Customer Thermometer gathers feedback with the single click of a button.

To gather feedback we will contact random customers from across the University who have been assisted by the IS Service Desk.

Your name will be included in the greeting, and a short description of the request or issue on which you’ve received assistance will be in the body of the email.

Simply click on the relevant icon to submit your feedback. You will then be given the opportunity to provide further comments, however this is optional.

If you receive an email from Customer Thermometer on our behalf, we hope you will participate.
