Wellbeing Advice Drop-in

If you are struggling, and your mental health is impacting on your life, relationships or studies, please access the Wellbeing Drop-In. One of our practitioners will offer advice on services and support available. The drop-in is confidential and lasts for 20-minutes. Each drop-in runs on a first come, first served basis. The sessions are offered face-to-face where possible, or by phone.

Please email counselling@napier.ac.uk if you would like to access the Drop-In and our admin team will ask a few questions to ensure safe and ethical practice.

If you are abroad, please email the service at counselling@napier.ac.uk and we will offer you email advice.
