SilverCloud provides a free, private space to help you feel better through personalised content, tools, and support. You can access self-help for wellbeing and mental health through a range of clinically researched programmes designed to help you work through a specific mental health or wellbeing issue, such as stress, sleep, anxiety, low mood and depression.
What does SilverCloud offer?
Each programme module consists of information to help you understand how you are feeling, and tools and techniques that will help you to think and feel better. Information is delivered through text, video, illustrations, tools and animations. The programme modules are easy to use. You can work though the activities anytime on your computer, tablet, or phone.

To access the programmes, visit the SilverCloud wellbeing platform and sign up using your email address and the passcode Scotland2020.
A SilverCloud programme consists of 6-8 modules and we advise people to try and complete 1 module per week. However, people have different learning styles and requirements, so you can dip in and out at your own pace and in your own time.

Welcome to SilverCloud, an online therapy platform designed by clinical experts to help you improve your mental health and wellbeing. Its programs use evidence-based methods like cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and even positive psychology.
Simply login to access program modules. Typically you'll see seven to nine modules filled with videos, quizzes and interactive content.
SilverCloud has great tools that you can use to improve your symptoms, including a journal, a mood monitor, activity scheduling and the worry tree. Within the platform you'll learn about basic psychological concepts through animations and illustrations while real user stories show how these ideas can be applied to daily life. Screening tools like the phq-9 and gad7 help to track your progress.
Programs can be done on your own or with the support of an assigned coach in the coaching model. Trained coaches inspire and motivate you on your journey through regular messaging. Your coach can answer any questions, point out relevant content, and customise your journey with additional modules. Coaching happens over an eight- to twelve-week period at a recommended pace of one module per week. A module usually takes about 40 minutes to complete.
