We are a friendly and approachable service whose aim is to help you feel supported with your mental health.

Please note: The Counselling Team operates 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri and is a non-crisis service. If you need to speak to someone urgently outside of office hours please consult our crisis contacts.​

The Counselling and Mental Wellbeing team are running drop-in sessions, the dates and times for these are listed below.​


Big White Wall

If you are feeling in need of someone to talk to, you now have full and free access to the online platform Big White Wall. There is a wide range of mental health and wellbeing support on this site; from anxiety, depression, stress and trauma, to relationship problems and lifestyle challenges. This is accessible 24/7 and the main benefit is that it also includes live therapy from clinicians around the world.

Wellbeing Advice Drop-in

If you are a student and you are concerned about your mental wellbeing or concerned about how your wellbeing is affecting your academic performance or would like information regarding our services, please come to the Wellbeing Drop-in. 

The Drop-in is confidential and lasts for 20 minutes. Please report to the iPoint reception area on the day to attend.

Each drop-in runs on a first come first served basis.
