  • General health & good wellbeing

Shelf Help service​​

​​​​​​Shelf Help service provides a specially chosen collection of books, films, and apps to help you overcome experiences, thoughts, and feelings that can be stressful or uncomfortable. 

Use the Shelf Help guide​ to find information, advice, and personal stories that deal with topics such as living with anxiety and depression, to coping with exam stress, to romance and sexuality.


Edspace is a wellbeing information service that contains information about local services, self help materials, local news and events for Edinburgh. Use the A-Z service of Providers​ to find specific services such as Health in Mind, CREW, Edinburgh Penumbra’s Self Harm Project and Edinburgh Crisis Centre.
