Climate Justice and Walkability workshop

To help us celebrate Sustainability Week, Living Streets will be hosting a Climate Justice and Walkability workshop on Tuesday 11 March, 1-2pm, at Sighthill campus, 2.D.15.

Whether you are walking or wheeling*, most of us move through public spaces pretty much every day. This makes it easy to forget that movement can be a powerful force for change, shaping our communities, our environmental impact, and our access to healthy, connected lives.

This interactive workshop will explore the power of walking or wheeling as a tool for climate justice. We will discuss how we can make movement more inclusive and accessible, as well as what enables people to move freely, what barriers exist and how we can create spaces where everyone belongs.

Book your place on the Climate Justice and Walkability workshop.

*Wheeling refers to using a wheelchair or other walking aid.
