Celebrate Burns with a taste of Scotland

On Monday 26 January, our catering outlets will be serving up a Burns Supper special, with haggis, neeps and tatties for just £5.25 (vegan haggis option available too!)

If you're wondering what on earth neeps and tatties are, don't worry - tatties are simply potatoes, and neeps are turnips (or swede), mashed and delicious!

Burns Night (25 January) marks the birthday of Robert Burns, Scotland's most famous poet and the man behind classics like Auld Lang Syne. Traditionally, the day is celebrated with poetry, good company and, of course, haggis.

Whether you're familiar with a Burns Supper or a curious first-timer, this is the perfect excuse to try something different and join in a bit of Scottish tradition right here on campus.
