Confidential Paper Media Waste

We are currently changing our confidential paper and media waste supplier. You may notice that consoles provided by Shredall (our historic supplier) have been removed. The installation of new consoles (to be placed within all historic locations) has been delayed. Our new supplier (Restore) plan to install all new consoles on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 May.

While we await the installation of all new consoles, please store all paper and media waste within a secure location. To avoid a data protection breach, please do not place any confidential paper or media waste within any other bin, including general and/or mixed recycling bins.

If you do not have a secure location to store confidential paper, locked wheelie bins will be located as below:

• Craiglockhart - Security, atrium PC area, 2nd and 3rd floor office side
• Merchiston – Security, Library and the JKCC
• Sighthill – All Shredall consoles are still in place and available for use

Please do not carry large amounts of paper to the consoles.
