Issues with the Enjoy catering app for Android users
Please note that if you own a newer Android device, you may no longer be able to access the Enjoy catering app and you should not attempt to add any credit to your account.
We are aware of an issue where the app is not working on new Android devices, resulting in users being unable to access their account. We are currently investigating which Android models are affected. In the meantime, if you are an Android user, please do not deposit any credit into your account, as you will not be able to access it.
We are currently looking at a new app solution that will work across all device and we will let you know when this is in place. In the meantime, if you wish to make purchases from our catering outlets, please do so using a debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
