Say hello to Edi, our brand-new Edinburgh Napier chatbot designed to help you find the answers to all aspects of student life.

Edi is now live on the My Napier Homepage and Contact us page. Whether you’re looking for information about your studies, campus facilities, or where to go for support, Edi is there to point you in the right direction.

The chatbot draws information from across the entire My Napier website, making it easier to find information quickly.

As Edi is still new and learning, please make sure to double check important information with official university sources, just to be safe.
