Out-of-hours wellbeing and support services
Our counselling and mental wellbeing service is closed from 20 December and will re-open on Friday 3 January.
During this time, you can receive free online support from Togetherall, which offers Edinburgh Napier students 24/7 access to trained counsellors, wellbeing resources and an anonymous online community.
You can also access a range of useful contacts by visiting our Emergency and out-of-hours wellbeing support page, which includes telephone numbers such as Samaritans and Breathing Space. Samaritans also has an email service if speaking to someone feels too much.
- Samaritans: 116 123 (24-hour helpline)
- Breathing Space: 0800 83 85 87
If you live in Edinburgh and are experiencing distress, we also recommend the Edinburgh Crisis Centre, which provides 24/7 mental health support. Call 0808 801 0414 or email crisis@edinburghcrisiscentre.org.uk
