World Mental Health Day - 10 October
When you're going through a tough time, remember that talking helps. We're here to support you on World Mental Health Day and through the rest of your time with us.
The Wellbeing and Inclusion team has a range of services and support available to help you make the most of your time at Edinburgh Napier. We're here to listen, offer support and guidance, and point you in the right direction so you feel safe, supported, healthy and able to fulfil your potential.
We can support you with:
- Counselling and mental wellbeing
- Disability inclusion
- Money worries
- Struggling to settle into university
We also have a Chaplaincy service offering community and support for students from all faiths and from none.
Seeking support saves lives
Your safety and wellbeing are very important - no matter how low or bad things might seem, there are people who can support and listen to you. If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings, please visit our support page for help and guidance.
Free, anonymous online support
If you would prefer to speak to someone anonymously or outside of our working hours, you can access free, anonymous online support with Togetherall, a large, diverse community where friendships can be made with others that might be experiencing exactly the same as you. Join the 'Student Life' group to make deeper connections with other students anonymously and talk freely about your worries.
