Edinburgh Napier University students going through a tough time can access free, anonymous, online support with Togetherall. Whether you’re struggling to sleep, feeling low, stressed or unable to cope, Togetherall can help you get support, take control and feel better.How can Togetherall help?
You will have access to a 24/7 online community and professional support from trained counsellors. Togetherall provides a safe space online to get things off your chest, explore your feelings, get creative and learn how to self-manage your mental health and wellbeing.
Share what’s on your mind with others in the community, take comfort reading the thoughts of others who may be experiencing something similar to you or browse the many resources available – you’re in control. Plus, it's totally anonymous.

To join Togetherall:
- Go to togetherall.com, select 'join for free'
- Under 'Create Account', select 'I'm from a university or college' and use your university e-mail address to sign up.
- You will then be asked to provide an anonymous name.

Community
This part of Togetherall offers a safe space where members provide peer-to-peer emotional support, help and guidance.
- Want to get something off your chest? Post a standalone 'brick' in the wall to let out your thoughts and feelings.
- Looking to talk things through? Post in one of the groups to kickstart a conversation and see what other members are sharing. There are lots of different groups that cover a range of topics, including health and lifestyle tips, student life, work-life balance and more!
Courses
Feel more in control of your mental health by enrolling on one of Togetherall's structured self-help courses. These courses are designed to help you manage a range of issues you might encounter during your university life, such as depression, social anxiety, stress and worry, and procrastination.
There are also courses aimed at improving your sleep, assertiveness training, coping with grief and loss, quitting smoking and more.
Other resources
Togetherall provides other resources to help you manage your mental health, including a private journal and goal-setter, self-assessments on a variety of topics, and support articles and external resources, which you can filter by topic.
