The IS Service Desk is open Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 4:45pm.
Outwith these hours IT support is provided by the NorMAN Helpline, in this case you'll receive a response from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Support calls logged via the UniDesk Self-Service Portal will be handled during the IS Service Desk opening hours.
