Regulations, conduct and safety

Your health, safety and wellbeing is our number one priority and we want to provide you with all the information you need to stay safe and feel comfortable all the way through your time at university. In return, you'll be expected to take responsibility for your conduct and behaviour during your time at Edinburgh Napier, so we can continue to provide a positive learning and social experience to all our students.

Full details of all our regulations and procedures for the current year can be found on our online Document Centre.

Making a complaint

We know sometimes things go wrong, and we want to be able to help fix things if we can. We're committed to attempting to resolve any matters of complaint via a fair, efficient and transparent process.

If you are unhappy with any element of your student experience and want to tell us, we have information on how the process works and guidance to take you through it.
