You can access important information held about you in eStudent Records and the HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report).
It’s really important that all of your personal information is accurate and up to date, so if you see anything that isn’t right, please let us know.

Your eStudent Records holds lot of important information that will help you during your time with us.
It is how you access your exam results, find your programme details, and prepare for graduation. So it’s a really important place for you throughout your Edinburgh Napier journey.

This Student Records shop allows former students to purchase letters confirming attendance and awards, copies of academic transcripts and copies of diploma supplements.
All items within the UK will be delivered via recorded delivery. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you can choose either Standard Delivery (airmail) or choose a courier service.
For ex Nursing and Midwifery students who require a detailed record of their training to allow them to apply to work overseas, a request should be made to the following email address nursingtranscript@napier.ac.uk indicating in the email subject area the branch of Nursing (Adult/Mental Health/Child/Learning Disability) you require the transcript for. Further information will be given on cost/timing and paperwork in an email response.
