Student Guide

Accommodation

Exchange students will be fully assisted with finding housing in Offenburg. Depending on capacity, students will be placed in a student residence or in private housing. Housing is provided by Studierendenwerk Freiburg.

As a UK Erasmus student, for the 2021/22 academic year you are entitled to receive an Erasmus Grant. Guidance on funding for students undertaking exchange in the 2022/23 academic year will be added soon.

Transport

The bus system in Offenburg is called the die Ortenaulinie and is an extensive network throughout Offenburg and in the outlying region. You can also travel around Offenburg by train.
